I didn't factor in that cost but was aware of it. Without knowing the market rent for such a place etc. I thought I'd be conservative on my figures. Des also has 10 million shares (@1.20) worth of BYI, so that will through in around 400K in FF dividends to the mix. The sellers are spooked and we will need for them to dry up. Short of news I dont think the price will go up until this time next month, and may continue to come under pressure until then.
