Re. the rental savings, does that include the leasing cost for the Magna building being sold?

I'm not sure if the figures for that have been mentioned yet or not.

p.s. I agree re. the averaging down ... however, as mentioned in the previous post, at what price is the question ... there have been some big sells today, including that 300K + one at 8c ... I suppose you can't go too far wrong topping up at 8c, even if it does go lower (at which time you top up again)
