I'm all for a good conspiracy theory, but why would they do that?

I think it was just a case of 'at the wrong place at the wrong time', and very, very bad timing.

I'm not surprised we're scratching around for answers as to why they would go for a raising at this time. I didn't think their cash-flow was particularly desperate, they should be getting their $19M in May or so, so why now?

I've actually been wondering if there's any way they can back out of the raising, given the market conditions. Probably not, but I'd imagine Dom would be as concerned as we are at the current situation. I fail to believe it would have been planned this way.

p.s. it's a buy ... the question is, at what price? It's already cheap as chips (has been getting cheaper by the moment) ... can it go lower?
