Surely the price they are paying says that they might know more than we do about the future potential of the company.
Look at XPE they have just done something similar and they the SPP closes it went into a trading halt with an impending licensing agreement to be announced.
I know they are different but I reckon they might have a few good suprises for us round the corner. Might be worth hangin onto those shares for a bit.
