    I`m expecting that letter in the mail for the 1:1 offer
    May need to read up on there announcments get better insight.
    with doubling of the shares in HDF this will dilute the Div.
    Soooo.. Far say Div. 0.03 x 4 =.12(/2)=.06 @.90/share
    =6% return
    I think it is worth it..
