Radio the Prospectus IMO is down right horrific. The number of parties with claims on the company, seems to mean nearly all the cash will go settling past deals, let alone preparing for future production.
Silver at $21-22 is around all-in costs, as projected if the mining enhancements are carried out after the SPP. This leaves no room to move, no profit, no chance.
I was right about AYN (check my posts, always said it was a dog), but wrong about the PoS. I can't justify even paying my paltry $150 to take-up my rights and have a gamble.
IMO this company will never come out of suspension.
I should have done what Scorp and others did and sell at around 6c recent peak. I held due to the tiny amount I hold, and the aforementioned belief in the PoS.
Good luck all. If PoS increases to $28+ before end of july, disregard all the above, I'm in for the SPP.
