The fact that they are talking with us at all is proof enough that they need our tech. There are lots of changes happening at NMDC, and obviously they are organising themselves for the future- which we will be a part of.
If another deadline is announced, this means that we are still in the game- with one of the biggest players in the world. It'll be disappointing, although not such a bad thing at all...
