NMDC had discussions with ECT after their board meeting, from the announcement ECT conveyed that NMDC are happy to proceed(after the discussions). Since then what has happened that NMDC still wasn't happy to proceed and didn't table the rca for signing at the last board meeting? And why wasn't management made aware of it prior to the meeting. Would love an update which includes what the hold up is.
