IMO, here are the likely scenarios:
1. Suspension continued, still waiting for NMDC
2. NMDC pull out, need to rework RCA terms and conditions for NLC only
3. Miracle happens and financial close happened by 31 March 2019.
It is really not clear to me what happens if the 31 March 2019 target is missed or if NMDC do pull out, which is why I keep trying to call the office.
