right price

I am in a complete quandary here,trying to work out the right price for PAN.Went right back to when PAN first floated,share price way down overall,apart from a few lifts the chart is all downhill.Personally i take assayed reserves with a grain of salt,the main reason being there is always a disclaimer attached.Analysts and brokers are always behind the ball and just cease coverage.The main point here is ordinary shareholders seem to be paying the piper, and the piper is not playing,lot of share dilution.In essence is the right price now 10 cents or 3 cents? Shareholders have taken a huge haircut,what about senior management,does anybody know...
