That does seem like a well-balanced, objective article. Apparently there's no down-side. Maybe we should all build them- but wait, how much does it cost? How to get the materials? How reliable is it?
I don't think any of these questions were answered (and certainly not asked!)
And most importantly of all, I don't see India, Australia or Indonesia building wind farms anytime soon.
