Yes you are right, its a public forum and all types and their opinions are welcome.
I've never run a customer service business but I would imagine something as simple as "Attract the customer", "Please the customer" and "Retain the customer" might be a step in the right direction for WOW. I get the feeling our new CEO might have enough common sense to come up with an idea like that.
Legal action over Masters, talk of how they are going to turn Big W around or why they didnt cut it also and get eveything out of way is the noise that we will hear over the following months so there might be an opportunity to pick WOW up even cheaper. The turn around might be slow but in this market you wouldnt know because share prices and opinions tend to overshoot both ways.
