that"s interesting Pear- WES have just bought into UK hardware and within 2 weeks of settling of contracts, the entire senior management of the UK chain was sacked.
all Mr Banducci seems to be doing is what the management and board have instructed him to do as a prerequisite of becoming the new CEO- he has tinkered around the edges so the market will look at WOW in a positive light.
if he had the "proverbials"- he could go back on his word with the board and management as a proviso for his elevation to CEO status, and just do what is right by shareholders .
this would be a totally justifiable "about face".
