JC- Mr Banducci may be very competent in his own right , but can he change the culture of management?
you must remember that he owes favors to those on the board that elected him to position of CEO.
that is what worries me- probably no changes will be made to management, including the lower management brigade.
in other words , this is panning out just as i thought- upper management are still in total control.
Mr Banducci is not a head kicker- that is why he was elected in the first place.
