the only way you can bang heads is from an outsider, but obviously no one wanted this role for the remuneration on offer, as it is a monumental task .
it"s interesting that they forecast 2H EPS at 5%- that is a total fabrication and probably explains the downgrade by Moodys.
hope you understand my point of view now ,as i can't explain it any simpler for you.
