    Dear Mr Pointydexter sir,

Thank you for your kind reply. From that link, we gather that the combined concrete useage of the NW Metro Rail Link and Westconnex Motorway projects totals 3.2 million cubic metres.

We will now do some rudimentary calculations wbased on some assumptions.

Assumption A. The amount of concrete that is saved by using Edencrete is 15%

Assumption B. The cost of one litre of EdencreteHC is $45

Assumption C. The profit margin on 1 litre of EdenHC is about $15

Assumption D. One litre of EdenHC is needed per cubic metre of concrete in NSW

Assumption E. The cost of basic concrete in NSW is approximately $250 per cubic metre. Please feel free to correct us if this is wrong.

Assumption F. The cost of specialised concrete in NSW is approximately $250 per cubic metre. Please feel free to correct us if this is wrong.

Based on the above assumptions which could be right or could be wrong, the end user would save at least 15% on concrete costs using EdencreteHC. So, when a specialised concrete is used (as we expect on these NSW projects), the cost saving on concrete using Edencrete will be 15% of $400 = $60 per m3.

Add cost of 1 litre of Edencrete HC = $45.

Therefore the amount saved per m3 of concrete is $15, and this goes directly to the bottom line of the construction company.

Assuming that Edencrete had put itself forward in NSW for these projects, there would be little reason why companies would not give it due consideration. So if Edencrete was used, and if we are correct in our profit estimates, then Eden Innovations could be looking at possibly 3,200,000 x $15 = $48,000,000 profit on these 2 projects alone.

Ans of course building motorways also involves building and upgrading feeder roads, such as the St Peters Interchange, and roads in the surrounding suburbs which will cost hundreds of millions of dollars.

    More concrete, more Edencrete used.

So it would seem that putting their names forward and succeeding in NSW could prove to be what catapults Eden into prominence. And Eden would be dealing in home ground, with a home grown product, in an environment where cash for construction does not seem to be a problem. And it will be saving money for the construction companies while providing the end-users with longer lasting and much more reliable infrastructure.

The family has never seen such a WIN(contractor) - WIN (end-user) - WIN (Eden) situation for a long long time and find it hard to fathom why Eden is not spending at least as much effort as it is doing in USA to promote and secure itself in NSW.

Remember that the above figures are our projections for just 2 of the NSW projects. We have not even tried to work out what Eden can do at Badgery Creek, where a new airport and township the size of Adelaide is going to happen. That is a whole heap of concrete, that is for sure.

    Blessing of the Lord
    Kind regards etc etc
