Some fun facts about concrete ...

Global production is 3.82 bill m3 per year. At concrete density of about 2.3 tonnes/m3, this is 8.8 bill tonnes.

For a global population of 7.3 bill the average annual concrete consumption is just over 1 tonne per person per year.

Concrete is the second most consumed substance in the world, after water, which averages about 120 tonnes per person per year.

So it seems quite sensible that EDE is setting out to make a margin on the second most consumed substance on the planet.

Concrete, gotta love it.
