I would not support a CEO from the US or even a Chairman, this was how the US got control of Metalstorm, they made someone from the US the CEO (David Smith) who then proceeded to move most of what Metalstorm had into a company called Metalstorm USA, they then were pretty much in control because everything had to be approved by Metalstorm USA, and the US Government were in control of Technology Readiness Levels, that meant that they could control when or if Metalstorm ever got a TRL where they could sell product, they never did get one, so they went bust sort of, they did have stuff ready for sale, but they weren't allowed to sell it.


I do see that TRL's come into play with Concrete sometimes, I just hope that is not part of our problem?
