Agreed. I bet with the rig possibly spudding on Sunday that some very frantic negotiations are underway. Also forces the hand of the company that wants in too remember.
IF beach DO want to farm down then JV coming in may have to give what beach want so epr get more caught up in the farm out than being a prime mover of it (if that makes any sense). Anyway I bought in today for the drill ahead and if they finish up with a 10% free carried and hit gas then I may have made a good investment decision.
