Do you mean the HK company will have 25% of EPR's 25%, else how do they hope to get 25% overall? If management told you talks are well advanced I wouldn't necessarily believe that an announcement will come soon. Love to be wrong but the relatively high volume recently on a falling sp is not inspiring (suppose it was 2.5 cents last week though!!).
