Yatchy I wont buy it until EPR announce how they will pay for the unfunded portion of their share, and , what their final percentage interest will be.
Once thats known, then yes, I would like to pick it up as cheap as possible but doubt it will get cheap enough for me. As for slagging, I'm only quoting the company regarding their need to farmout and professional sources like StockAnalysis for valuations.
