I absolutely have no idea why you are inferring big respect to management, they keep share holders uniformed unless forced to release an announcement, and share holder value has decrease. The timing of the CR was poor (they would of gotten a premium price on the back of good results) but I understand both side of the should we raise before/after drilling.
They needed money, they had to CR and they had already flagged a credit raising was coming so it wasn't news, I dont believe they have had a great take up on the SPP for regular investors, because most of these investors would/could only go by announcements and if that is the case then their tardiness to get the drills turning would put anyone off.

I suspect respect will/would dwindle if anyone actually delved into management thoroughly ........
