The idiots who were telling us GPP is doing well, by giving their support, have convinced the management they were doing a good job and the management did not need to do anything different as the company was already doing well! So, the management decided to keep sitting on the couch and watch the world go by ... including perhaps the lazy assumption that they can trust JV paetners are doing their job ...
