Going from Trading Halt to suspension is par for the course - CCU can only request a trading halt for a couple of days and then it has to request a suspension from quotation.

This fact is nothing to panic about in itself. Renegotiating Finance is going to take some time. This isn't a personal loan or a mortgage - there will be a lot of to and fro-ing on the legal side of things. Also, they may be in discussions with a soph investor willing to take a 25% stake.

I'm glad to be out while this is all going on, but the rising price of silver gives me some confidence - If CCU can extend the term of the loan and find someone to take up some shares, then they could at least pay out the Magna obligations and pay down some of the principal.

The remainder could see them through until they are cash flow positive - Which should be possible with the POS at $24 AUD.
