I'm with you on your thinking $4. CCU is about to go through a large capital restructure, and there isn't much that can be done about it. Best to stand aside, let the dust clear and if the price of silver continues to rise, they will be profitable and a no-brainer investment.
Money is flowing back into the PMs sector - there have been a few successful placements and cap raises lately - Hopefully CCU can take advantage of this to do a placement and/or capital raise.
I would like that Magna loan to be gone first and foremost - Magna is already a major shareholder and by being a creditor as well they really have CCU by both testes. CBA only has one requirement of CCU, Magna expects a loan to be repaid and for their investment to produce a return.
