The bad debt problem is small beer. Don't let it bother you. Note how Lazard has been creeping p the register over the last several months. Lazard is also a long serving adviser to GNC. Note also Ellerston Capital in there as a substantial shareholder and Ellerston is also a major shareholder in GNC.
So my simple 1+1= GNC will have another (yes another, given that they tried a few years ago too!) attempt to takeover RIC in due course. Be patient. Also, there are other offshore companies that could lob in a bid for RIC because it is operating in a very important part of the food supply chain.
