The Rhonda departure has been predicted for sometime, I can not believe it took this long. I suspect she will have her hand out for a nice little payoff. Given the announcement states she will be around for a few more months, dealing with wholesale, cooking scones, etc. I think you can read thru the lines on this one, she is not going without a fight. I reckon she will be looking for a 12mth payout but will likely settle on 3-6 months. She will need the payout, she is now totally unhireable as a CEO in a market that views cash & profitibility as more important than blue sky.

Announcements from Freshtel have been the bedrock of continuing confidence in Freshtel but to date none of them have led to anything. Given the stock is bumping along the bottom, a good announcement at this time might be enough to trigger a rebound to 2-3c prior to the predictably awful full yearly due in the next few months.

A cynic would say that if Custodial plan to increase their position that it is totally in their interest to hold back announcements and let the SP go to buggery. This what we have seen so far. If they are going for an outside placement rather than funding themselves then you will get your announcements.

Expect that there is a broker in there somewhere advising and lining things up.

It is too hard to know yet whether Custodial are shell shocked or operating to a plan? No news is simply that, no news.
