Well stated Standup,
They will have to go back for money and I think Custodial will put it up, Custodial got less than they wanted last time and new money may be under $0.01
If you look at it, ex ERG as Chair and last of Exec out the door, the company is basically under the direction of Custodial.
Is taking it private next ?????
