Not true. This only reflects the minor parcel of shares that were for sale at that price on that date and does not reflect what all shareholders would sell for. Just look at market depth on any share you hold. Can you really buy out a company at today's price?... How stupid do they think we are.
S.h to receive part cash and part min. Why would you want to dilute the obvious benefit of Waitsia in a more diversified company when we already have exposure to this in a small cap with imo 5x the potential return. ?!!!!
Please ,please fellow shareholders do not vote in favour of this deal. It absolutely reaks of insider kickbacks
