I have 10,000 shares  current  value 88cents I will stick with the share offer and try
for full conversion to MIN
@ a 23:1 ratio  I will get 435 shares  so at say MIN current SP $18.50 value  $8047
as against  $8800 if I sold  today
To offset my  $700  odd  loss I can look forward to a probable 60cent franked dividend
next year and a possible $28.00 SP. So for my  $8800 investment I get $4132 capital
appreciation and a divy of $261  not the best as a % return, but blue sky after that.
this is a rough calc. but good enough for me.
as an aside, Shells intent to proceed with the Arrow coal seam gas project in Qld
will  affect the  gas market in all ways.
