    Great trade this morning. Bought in first thing and will ride it up to $1.20 today. It should go to $1.35 shortly based on a 10% yield metrics given it will be paying out 100% of investment trust earnings FY09. Completely derisked and at 10% yield from investment trust only who cares if the Development devision makes no money for a couple of years.

    Only a quick trade for mine though
