Have you looked at the date on most of these reviews? Have you looked at who was responsible for the problems? Have you looked at the volume of rides that pass through JAY's system compared to the number of complaints? Have you looked at the changes JAY has instituted in the last few months?
Most importantly have you looked at the 19 straight quarters of revenue growth?
