    Little chance of a dividend for the December year-end. They wouldn't have cut overheads (via redundancies) for no reason.

    Not sure why you say that inertia income is about to start in the UK as they brought the UK treatment into line with how inertia is treated in Australia 12 months ago. ie. inertia income (post lease term income and proceeds from sales of goods at the end of the lease) expected to be received at the end of each lease term is calculated at balance date and the revenue is amortised over the remaining lease terms. The balance is reviewed and adjusted at least every six months (quarterly I think). This means that the inertia revenue is recognised over the lease term now, rather than when received after the lease expires - in fact, if they overestimate the revenue they take a hit to the profit and loss at the end.
