No they cant lower the offer, if they don't get enough objections then they will proceed with the 30c buyback and we wont have any say, but looking at the low volume associated with the share buy back over the past few days I would guess they got a lot of objections. They could raise the offer to a higher price or can the buyback all together which would suit me fine I was waiting for the HK listing to see what happens.
