    PP,

Most houses have got 1 PSTN line and everyone seems to have a mobile. Yep agreed. What is your point? In my family household I insist everyone use the 2 MNF lines for all calls to local, STD & INT and we pay about $30Pm to telstra, $65 PM to MNF and mobiles are on caps that end up at just above the cap values. When I just had 1 MNF line everyones mobile bills were about double sionce adding 2 more MNF lines and puitting them in everyones rooms our mthly telecommunications costs have been slashed. Other families are waking up to this.

Garmel Writes:: 106% growth for the year ain't bad either,

How long do you think MNF can continue that growth. I think it would be foolish to think MNF could keep that up year on year. Just look at the broadband, payTV, mobile phones companys they get to a point and then plateau. Growth continus but at a slower rate.

106% growth will definately be hard to sustain. Even MNF in their recent AGM ststed that the target revenue for FY09 was over $10M compared to $6.8M in FY08, still pretty good and the recent MNF 4C bears this out.

So the question for MNF is when growth slows will they still be able to pay off the large debt.

Large debt is what a company like ENG has at about $5.5m at last count (30 Jun 08) MNF debt would be under $2M and all owed to Symbio which is 100% (assumed) owned by the 2 largets shareholders in MNF. I think they will find a way of paying Symbio! LOL!

That why FRE and ENG have look to new avenues to rase funds Mobile VOiP.

FRE & ENG traditionally raise funds with cap raisings! Look at the history! LOL!!

Standup stats that ENG naked DSL rollout would likely cost $2million.
So how in the world would MNF be able to fund a rollout can MNF get more debt with growth likely to plateau.

Standup was guessing at $2M, I really don't know. As I just posted, I don't think MNF will raise this money to implement Naked DSL so they won't need to raise it. I believe there current mission is to be the first every profitable VOIP company in Australia as they outlined at the recent AGM. If this is at the expense of goign into debt to add Naked DSL then that suits me.
