I don't know what they spend it on at present as they do not release quarterly financials. It would appear that that they must have spent something on the ADSL network which I agree is an asset.
But we do know that for the past 2 finacial years that they have spent $24M more than they could afford to on Opex.
Opex ain't assets. Lets hope that they are tracking better this year.
