Tracking back through some articles with regard to OZB-3DGroup timelines.
If the buyout goes ahead Oz Brewing shares could be reinstated to trading on the ASX on 12 December, subject to due diligence, shareholder approval and various conditions. A prospectus is expected to be lodged with ASIC on 31 October.

We know that this hasn't happened yet - surely if it wasn't going ahead we would have been notified.
IMO there must be other relevant negotiations which are holding up the reverse takeover.
