Why was the unknown proposed director asking for cash on...

Why was the unknown proposed director asking for cash on hotcopper? To help the legal costs? The new proposed board need cash and a project/s ready before they kick out the current. It does give me any confidence they will succeed. In some of the things i have read and the tone they were written. Very unprofessional. And very contradictary as well. All along i have stuck to the same view its not worth trying to save .and i dont think the asx will give any extension to re listing new or old board they do not really deserve it.
