On 20th December 2018 the Review 18-389MR released by ASIC is quite detailed and in the case of PDF should be acted on immediately.

Too many Companies on ASX are serial offenders and or are suspended with no hope of ever relisting, yet ASX and ASIC ignore the rights and protection of shareholders of these companies and what they have lost or are about to loose by having invested in these so called companies.

Australia is too lax in its compliance issues, perhaps this review may be the start of a step in the right direction but we need to lift the bar sooner rather than later and protect shareholder interests.

Wishing ALL a Happy Festive Season and may 2019 bring some solace to the long suffering shareholders of PDF and other like Companies.
