My conclusion that Duckett will not get re elected comes from simple maths of adding the support from shareholders who voted to hold a spill meeting and then adding the shareholders that voted against the spill meeting, who have now decided it is time to change the board. Also the biggest shareholder for changing the board, missed the deadline for the spill meeting, so their votes will be included at the next.
Yes the avalanche has started and you are not aware of it, apparently, even though you have stated you have nominated for a board seat. Duckett is not even close to getting re elected at present. Taylor`s position gets more doubtful every day.
There is a strong chance given events underway that the incumbent board will not even get to hold a spill meeting. Maybe you could ask them what some of those events are.

I would have thought that as there is a spill the board steps down and therefor can vote whatever way they want. Is that accurate?
