The H and S period is extremely long .Time doesnt discount the patterns value but its best over a few months imo
I believe there are many other pattern currently in play.

It seems your accumulation level be it a right shoulder or
not, has some resistance at 33 to break, current trendlines are shown..Has just completed a gap retrace,it doesnt leave many gaps
