That post and the previous post was just to point out that no matter what some company report says about people up there being "fit to work", they will have certainly taken some psychological damage having experienced such a critical incident near them. Even if they are infinitely tough, they would have family and friends that would have taken damage, both physical and mental. First drought, then typhoons, then flooding, and now another typhoon coming in. It must be like working in hell. Good thing RSG strives to have a loyal competent workforce.
