I would say the depressed share price is definitely solely due to Magna.
Broker data below proves this - note Magna selling over 18 million shares in the past 3 months.
Those aware of this that were keen to get on board would have allowed the selling & tried to pick up shares at lower prices, which explains the outcome of all this.
