hbennett, I would advise caution here. We are not sure of anything except some interest from friends and family. Friends and Family get information that we are not privy to. I was flipping (successfully) PNE and got caught with 20,000 shares plus. (After the reverse split) Most here do not understand stock flipping when it is done properly. You flip until all your shares are free and you pocket the profits. If you get caught holding shares from the last buy, so what, they were for free. Win some, lose some, and the free stuff is good! Called Calculated Risk.

As we all know, the stock posting idiots out number the sane ones on this board. It is hard to point out interesting accumulation of a "DEAD" stock when no common sense is used. As investors we are always looking for tidbits of information about stocks that may not be public knowledge. For instance, I have a friend that is working in the USA for a mobile media company who called me and told me about the company's "WOW FACTOR"! Hmmm, nice. I bought way before learning about the "WOW FACTOR" so it was not insider information. But it makes me sleep better at night knowing I hold the stock. Maybe you will sleep better now also!

The facts are "Insiders bought PNE and Insiders are still buying DLC". Tens of Millions of shares of DLC have been bought in the last two months. I want to know why. Accumulation means only one thing. Value is here but where?

Now I was not worried about the SP of PNE at all, due to stock flipping. You Know, buy low, sell high. I was stock flipping another stock (DLC old Adultshop) successfully also. Over a long time I also got shares for free. Over 6,000,000+ shares and I am also not worried about the SP of DLC either. Some stocks I never flip but others I do.

One thing I know for sure. If PNE makes the transition, DLC will spin off its PNE holdings to DLC shareholders. Nice, I got a lot of old MOKO MOBI shares for free also when Adultshop did the spin-off to its shareholders. I will take the free shares of PNE for sure if the valuation rates a spin off.

Yes I know, the sky is falling......................... I could lose my free shares.

I do not know a lot about a whole bunch of stocks, but I do know a lot about a few select stocks. I invest in Australia, Finland, Germany, and America.

    YES
Sound advise, if you have travelled the path to this point you can only be encouraged by the new management in trying to resurrect a dire situation, so the name of the game is support and patience. It will be interesting if and when relisting takes place.
