Over on the PNE board, the weasels are coming out and trying to make the deal look bad. No one over there even knows that DLC owns 15.1% of the new company. Or even that DLC is ramping up profit and cash flow. While over here we are buying DLC and getting the Lithium for free. They are not even able to buy into the new company and are talking bad about it. We are buying it by buying DLC. Clueless bunch of board idiots there. They don't even know what Delecta is or where it came from. They think Malcom Day is a dish washing soap or something.

Everything is a risk but I like this risk. Got 9053000 shares of this risk. I didn't bet the ranch but I bet my pocket change for the month on this. And my available beer money too!
