The 11,000,000 shares of EUR are there but before investors can count their chickens, EUR has to be a long term holding for DLC and there is no 100% guarantee that EUR will continue to deliver in the next few years. EUR could crash and burn and DLC investors have no way to sell the shares of DLC held EUR investment as DLC management is in control of the shares and not investors. Investors are better off to invest directly in EUR and CFE and then be able to sell their holdings at the first or second hint of disappointment.
