With Mal's background in mining and the company known as WMI or Western Minerals before it changed name and direction and became ASC and now DLC one would have expected that DLC would be diversifying into lithium exploration and mining years ago rather then invest into fracking.

Re the $4 holders, some of them would have paid $2k or more for the privilege if they bought 20 years ago when sp was over $2. Not sure that small holders would cost the company much as everything is done online and company no longer posting out the heavy glossy annual reports full of girls displaying company products as they used to do once upon a time.
