I don't think you have captured my sense of what good governance is.
I do believe it is good governance to respond to reports to the regulator (ASIC) of breaches of the Corporations Act, made by the regulatory sanctioned auditor. Back in December of last year an announcement was made about regulatory breaches at NuSep.
And you say they are 'baseless'. If that is the case, then responding should be very easy. Clearly they are not baseless and have not been addressed as an announcement is REQUIRED, again by law, should the matter have been resolved.
