MM: I am not interested in following up on the defamatory remarks - this is the arena for those who are directly involved. It is good governance not to give an ounce of thought to the ousted auditors and their allegations. The company needs to focus on what matters most - and that is not on the debacle that is the legacy of two rebel shareholders and some parting shots from the disenfranchised auditors.
