As far as I am aware, no ultimatums were given. What makes you say that there were? What do you believe the ultimatums to have been?

Now if any shareholders say to the company, "we need change or we'll sell", then they have every right to do that. And if they advise the board that they are going to do that, is that ethical that the chairman tells some shareholders, as you've indicated he did with you? Is it legal if those with such inside information buy shares?

This type of transparency by these sharholders is a standard by which the company should set its sights!

I don't believe I made any connection between the departing shareholders and the auditors although I do recall a post here suggesting such.
